This post is to recommend you a new white paper by Hitachi: “Best Practices for Identity Management Projects”.

The paper presents some best practices related to project management topics useful deploying and operating an identity management infrastructure.

I have found it very interesting because it is the first paper I read that analyzes project management topics specifically related to IAM projects. I spent the last 3 years working on IAM topics and now, facing the first project management topics, this paper can be very useful for a newbie like me.
